A: super hazy matte dark yellow, copper and gold color. Had on tap so no head
S: sweet citrus, mango, pineapple, passionfruit. Crackers
T: mango, creamsicle, orange juice. Caramiliezed orange zest and lots of guava and kiwi.
M; medium mouth with moderate carbonation
O: absolutely amazing 10% beer. So smooth, no alcohol and very dangerous. Good harmonization

6 weeks old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a full and hazy yellow with a foamy white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Some yeast sedimenting in the bottom of the glass.
S: Fresh strawberries combined with zests of yellow citrus fruits. Hoppy and dank. Green and slightly grassy.
T: Grapefruit's all over the place here. Pure fruit at first followed by a zesty body and a bitter finish. Subtle hints of mint, strawberries and some herbal/spicy notes are also in play.
F: Soft and juicy with a sharp punch that fades very smoothly. Low carbonation.
O: Another fantastic IPA by Root + Branch and probably the smoothest TIPA I've ever had (in terms of booziness). The strong zesty notes are definitely there (and increasing as it warms) but I'd never have guessed an ABV of 10%. Very demanding and complex. Excellent beer.

Pours very cloudy dark sand/orange color with a foamy 2 finger thick head that faded slowly and left outstanding lacing coating the glass as it receded. Smells like a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon zest, tangerine, wet citrus hops, tropical fruit, biscuit and light peppery spices. Really fresh aroma like the hop cones were squeezed. The flavor is just as juicy and dank as the nose, with everything listed above plus apricot, papaya, mango, pineapple, faint caramel, honey, wheat bread, coriander and herbs. Extremely juicy with a great smooth feel.

Poured from a can (released 2/22, figure canned a couple days prior) into a Root + Branch glass
L: pours with a slight white head that dissipates after a minute, nice lacing. Darker gold/yellow than other R+B IPAs but may be the lighting. Overall what I'd expect
S: tons of ripe/overripe fruit, quite tropical - passionfruit, pineapple, citrus. Slight sweetness toward the end
T: nose follows through on the taste. Tropical fruit through and through, really nice bit of bite at the swallow. Very little to no boozy notes, no hop burn (unlike some other TIPAs I can think of)
F: incredibly smooth, first TIPA in a very long time where each sip welcomes the next. Nice carbonation, really just a welcoming beer
O: having been burned by some TIPAs recently, was prepared to hate on this and man was I wrong haha. Smooth, tropical, balanced - really something special
