This beer has a lot going on, so it could easily get away from you if you’re not careful. The aroma is hesitant when cold, but comes alive as it warms, with strong notes of spicy dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbony coconut.
Flavors are so well balanced, and you take a journey through the various ingredients. Spicy habanero peppers give it a soda-like mouthfeel as it rolls over your tongue and lights a fire along the way. But as the beer progresses, it provides massive doses of bitter dark chocolate, fruity cinnamon, caramelly bourbon and the perfect amount of coconut at the end.
