Server in a wine glass from the tap here at Root and Branch.
Appearance: Dark crude motor oil with a very dark tan head rising maybe half a fingers length off the body.
Smell:. Sweet aroma which dissipates a little quickly. Granted it does come off sweet, moca and molasses hovering the nostrils.
Taste: Peanut butter and chocolate with a light coffee note. Sweet complicated brew, you would think you were drinking a peanut butter cup with a light dose of fine ground espresso.
Mouth: soft carbonation with a ridiculous stickiness to the brew. Would pair best after dinner.
Overall: Awesome, the complex peanut butter and mocha feel...this needs to be a regular on the tap.
