2025 vintage on tap at the brewery, it pours red/amber color with a 1-2 finger thick beige colored foamy head that faded slowly and left very nice lacing. It smells of floral hops and citrus up front, with malty notes like caramel following then leading up to more citrus like tangerine and orange peel. The taste was a much more refined version of Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale, complete with a low bitterness level and more hazy IPA characteristics like tangerine, orange, grapefruit and pineapple versus the heavier spices of Celebration. A fresh hop west coast IPA style brew that was not “green” with overpowering fresh hop floral components, this was very smooth and easy to drink.
