3 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a full and hazy yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Some yeast settling in the bottom of the glass.
S: Sweet hoppy notes of candied citrus fruits as well as ripe mango and pineapple. Slightly herbal.
T: Very fruity with notes of candied orange and grapefruit paired with subtle tropical undertones. Also a bit grassy. Medium high sweetness, some zesty hints and a bitter finish.
F: Full and creamy. Medium carbonation and a slight hop burn.
O: Great beer with a nice balance of sweet and bitter notes that aged very nicely. Classic flavor combination, extremely well executed.
