Served in a oversized wine glass.
Appearance: Cloudy pale gold color with a white head which had an initial rise of maybe one finger's length off the body.
Smell: Oatmeal and hints of lemon juice hitting the nostril softly.
Taste: Semi sweet m, oatmeal mixed with a bunch of malt and slight grapefruit zest feel. Honeydew sweetness which is crazy addicting.
Mouth: Soft carbonation, sticky body with a strong finish. I just had downed s plate of brisket and rice and what a palate cleanser.
Overall: Incredible brew. Had this one before and honestly forgot to brew it. A must grab if you love any NEIPA, a masterpiece in disguise. Salud!

Sweet overripe tropical hoppy, slightly malty, a hint of coconut, and an orange citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a soft and creamy, slightly malty, orange citrus hoppy bitter and hint of coconut finish. The coconut use is subtle here...I am of the opinion that if you are going to use coconut in an IPA, you might as well go for the gusto! Ha! This is tasty, but not on the same level as some of the coconut IPAs we have been able to enjoy on the west coast like Cocohut from Green Cheek, a dialed in Amelia from Moonraker, and Coconut Milk from Fieldwork IMO.

Listed on menu as experimental multi wheat and oats DIPA cold conditioned on flaked coconut. Has all the characteristics of of an ipa on look and nose. Lots of mango and tangerine. Finishes with a hint of coconut. A very nice beer.

Cheerful yellow haze. Nose is lemon-lime and mango. Taste is citrus rind and coconut cocktails. Thin mouthfeel. No bitterness on the finish. Easy drinking and pool side appropriate.
