Copenhagen 31/12 2024. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. White can with a fuzzy rendering of an old building complex .
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thi, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of overripe Stone fruits mingling with citric and sharp notes. Mango and peach. Hints of fermentation and alcohol. Grapefruit and lime. Tart streak.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, tingling and a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Potent and a bit heavy DIPA.
