Appearance; Pours a murky goldenstraw with a bubble show resulting in a two finger head; excellent retention with shards and webs
Smell: Papaya, pineapple and shortbread cookie tones
Taste: Papaya and shortbread forward with pineapple flavors emerging; grapefruit and citrus pith emerges, after the swallow, and builds nicely into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really enjoyable with just enough bitterness to blend with the juicy flavors
