Copenhagen 20/10 2024. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. White can with a dark rendering of a stairway flanked by horrified statues.
Pours opaque, dirty, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam completely obscuring the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet lemonade-like odor mingling with tart citric notes. Oranges, mango and peach. Grapefruit and lemon.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Zesty DIPA.
