Copenhagen 2//12 2024. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Can in Root + Branch usual austere simple white and black style with a little figure walking among disturbed lines.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a rich, sweet odor of ripe tropical fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Touch opine. Mango and pilenapple. Grapefruit and lemon. Resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, kind of smooth lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Satisfying, potent DIPA with a zesty touch.
