A multi-oat/wheat/fonio-driven DIPA that was whirlpooled with Citra, Simcoe, and Krush hops. Dosed throughout primary fermentation with apricot purée and Sauvignon blanc grape must and then cold-conditioned on grapefruit zest prior to packaging.
