A rather dark beer, but thin in texture. The nose was of alcohol and roasted malts. Tasted of an average porter with a bit more alcohol taste than my liking. Mouthfeel was thin for a porter. Not a bad brew.
To be fair, I wanted an Oatmeal Stout but it was not on tap. Maybe I was left disappointed.

One of the best Oklahoma Brewpub beers (which thanks to our crazy state legislature cap the ABW at 3.2) that I'm enjoying on tap tonight.
Gorgeous mahogany color with small but lingering head that leaves belgian lace in the glass.
The flavor is full of roasted malt with a tinge of dark chocolate and coffee. Good balance with just the right touch of sharpness from the hops.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a garnet hue. Has a decent head which leaves a nice lacing . Smells of roasted nuts and malts. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Has a mild roasted malt taste with a hint of milk chocolate.
A pretty good ale considering the 3.2% abw.
