A copper pale ale. White lace of a head that, while thin, held down the whole glass.
Smell was of grapefruit and citrus, reminded me of the Sierra Nevada nose. Taste played right off the smell. Light and refreshing, but without the overly oily 'earwax' that an imbalanced PA can impart.
Drinkable for an PA, but I can only go one or two pale ales myself.

On tap at the brewery . Has a dark straw color with a thin but persistant head. Has a subtle, sweet flowery and grapefruit hop smell. Medium bodied with a smooth, light carbonation. Taste is a nice spicy sweet malt with a hint of bready yeast. Finishes only slightly bitter. A very tasty, easy drinking brew, reminds me of Casta's Pale Ale.
