Two Dope Hops in a Cadillac is the next release from our ever evolving Hazy IPA base, with this one being double dry hopped with Citra and Motueka. Straight up dank! This beer is rupturing with dank citrus flavors, lime/lemon hints, and an enormous tropical backbone. Super smooth, super dank, and super dope, all you need is the Cadillac.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amber + caramel + honey + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/orange + herbal hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/orange + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus + herbal hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing crisp yet soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a pleasant almsot West Coast hop profile flavors + aromas but juicier and with a softer mouthfeel. I'm glad I was able to grab a crowler of this one from my local shop during the social distancing.
