This beer was poured from draft at the brewery.
Beer is very dark brown with minimal crown. Just an outer ring of tan head.
The smell is heavy of banana, then come the coffee and cinnamon. I like it.
The taste is much like the smell. Bananas are more prominent than I expected, and that's a good thing. Then the coffee & cinnamon tangle in the background. The chocolate is slight and the maple sap is pretty much undetectable. But it all works well together.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and well carbonated. I would enjoy an imperial version of this, just to make it fuller. But for not being a imperial it has a good body.
Overall, I'm glad I tried this one. It didn't disappoint and I would happily drink this again.
