The unfiltered version of their pale comes out much lighter in color in addition to being cloudier. The color is pretty close to yellowish white. The snow white head is healthy, and lingers well, leaving a decent collar and lace must of the way down the glass. The nose is a nice mix of malt and hops. The mouthfeel is thin and just slightly bubbly, with a bit of malt coming through. The initial taste is crisp, almost harsh, with the hops dominating from the start. They provide a nice bite and a pleasant aftertaste.
