Poured from growler into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: pale golden-yellow hue with a thick, impenetrable haze. Looks good!
Smell: sweet, tropical aroma with a mildly malty backdrop. Just the character I like in a hazy.
Taste: bitter orange right up front, along with some slight tropical notes. Sweetness is moderate; bitterness is a little high for the style, but overall it works quite well.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a good creaminess. I dig it!
Overall: this is a darn good hazy! A little bit on the bitter side, but I don't mind that so much.
