I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a nonic pint. This is billed as a "hazy pale ale with lactose".
Appearance: hazy orange hue with a finger of ivory foam atop and a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: somewhat citrusy hop aroma, but pretty light.
Taste: earthy and somewhat piquant hops with a definite lactose sweetness. I like it, but it could be ... smoother, or something.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a reasonable carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: this beer's not bad, but doesn't feel as clean as it could be.
