16 fl oz pull-tab can:
"New England Style India Pale Ale." 6.9% ABV. No hops or other specified ingredients are mentioned by name on the label.
APPEARANCE: Dull though certainly turbid muddled orange body. Opaque.
Basic off-white head.
AROMA: Citrus pulp. Wheat. 2-row. Rather restrained and subdued, lacking much aromatic intensity.
TASTE: Matches the aroma in terms of (low) intensity and muddled uninteresting hop flavour. Murky citrus pulp marries a basic wheat 'n' 2-row malt backbone and the result is drinkable and enjoyable albeit mediocre in comparison to the better widely distributed $10/sixer IPAs.
TEXTURE: Has a pulpy thickness to it but it's not unrefreshing. Smooth, wet, medium-bodied. Near perfectly carbonated.
OVERALL: A forgettable beer in an overcrowded style...not a beer I'd buy again knowingly or recommend to others.

Good NE style IPA. Nice lacing in a imperial pint glass. Moderate tropical notes with a slight malt smell. Nice upfront biscuit flavor with nice follow through of grapefruit and mango. The feel is a little thin for how resinous the flavor hits. Overall it is a nice NE IPA that disguises the relatively high ABV.

A: Pours a super murky medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, citrus/orange, tropical/papaya, and floral hop with a hint of dank resinous hop aromas and light aromas of biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, citrus/orange, tropical/papaya, and floral hop with a light flavor of dank resinous hops. The hops contribute a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving lingering juicy citrus + tropical hop flavor.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront with a some mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Very enjoyable with that nice NE IPA mouthfeel and really pleasant hop taste + aroma. Definitely worth grabbing.
