A: Pours a very murky medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate golden honey + bright yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange zest, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange zest, and tropical/mango hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly through the finish leaving some very light citrus/grapefruit hop flavors lingering.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Soft, almost fluffy with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable and not as sweet as some of the other milkshake IPAs out there - decently balanced with a nice hop flavor and a touch of bitterness.
