A: Pours a murky milky pale lemon yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of straw yellow + bright yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a four finger very dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to medium to large sized two finger thick cap surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of oat + wheat + grainy + honey malts with a very light amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of oat + wheat + grainy + honey malts with a very light amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, and tropical/mango hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving a lingering juicy citrus hop flavor.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mod-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a mostly citrus hop profile and not too much sweetness. I could easily have a couple of these.
