L: Poured from a growler to a pint glass. Had an amber color and a cloudy consistency. There was an inch and a half of foamy, long-lasting head. Great lacing.
S: A nice, understated aroma of hops, malt, and some citrus elements.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of citrus (some orange and grapefruit here), light malt notes, a moderate amount of hops (not too much), a light floral quality, and a hint of a breadiness. A light and vibrant flavor that grows on you as it goes along. Fruity, hoppy, and extremely well-balanced, more so than other APAs.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is a solid, easy to drink APA that could be a crowd pleaser. Very much a drinkable beer.
