Named after the moment when, in the evening, the hills surrounding Ojai (pronounced OH-hi) turn a subtle pink, this is the brewpub's best offering.
This beer is a very clear, very pale yellow with a miniscule ring of foam around the glass, otherwise no head and little carbonation.
The smell is all malt, but not in an attractive way. The menu says they use Hallertau and Sazz hops, but i could not detect any pronounced hop smell.
The taste is clean but a little watered down. Mouthfeel is average.
This is drinkable and your safest bet when visiting.
