This beer looked dead when brought to the table.
It was black with not a trace of head, no collar and of course no lacing.
There was a little greenness in the nose and a very strong coffee smell.
The taste is all coffee. In fact, the first pull tastes and feels like a cold cup of joe.
I like Coffee. I like beer. In certain conditions their marriage can be successful. This is not one of them.
