A delicious brew with a heavy smoked wood presence, but well balanced with caramel, malt and hops. Even Kitten enjoyed it, and she's not a beer drinker. The Brewhouse does a good job of coming up with something out of the ordinary.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to brew good beer, but it doesn't hurt. (The owner really is a rocket scientist.)
