On-tap at The Brewhouse, Santa Barbara, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a patch of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass, both of which completely faded away.
S: Faint aromas of bready malts and floral hops are present in the nose. Some aromas of chili peppers become apparent as the beer warms up.
T: The taste starts out with some flavors of bready malts but quickly transitions into spicy flavors of habanero peppers, which linger into the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. Lots of heat from the chili peppers is present in the finish.
O: This is an interesting pilsener that has some kick to it.

Pours a pale orange color with a small white head. The aroma is fiery. Burns the nose with each sniff. Tons of hot pepper aroma and that's really just it. Kind of smells like Tabasco on steroids. The flavor has a light fruitiness, a hint of earth, and the most minor sweetness. Other than that, it's pretty much pure pepper and heat. Tons of habanero, Tabasco sauce, and green bell pepper. A really long lasting, lingering heat.

This thing is hot. The body is a clear golden color like a pilsner, there was no head. The taste starts with a little bitter hoppiness, but then the heat builds, and builds. There is no doubt there are habaneros in there, they overwhelm everything else. The four ounce size is right on, any more would be too much and you wouldn't taste your next beer. One of the most unique beers I've ever tried.

The reviewer before me got it spot on.
Seeing on the beer board for only $1 a "shot" (basically 4 or so ounces), I had to try it. It has the appearance of your typical pilsner, aroma too - nary a hint of the chili pepper. The taste is not terribly spicy up front, but the aftertaste is intense - all habanero.
I liked it. 4 ounces was more than enough, especially on a hot summer afternoon.

Well, not sure really how to review this beer.
This I believe is based on the Condor Pilsner, which I have not had. The appearance is nice - straw color with a bit of orange color. Taste initially is a nice, semi-crisp Pilsner. Delicate flavors with a touch of straw - something along those lines. Shortly thereafter, the habanero kicks in. And it sweeps everything away. I love spicy food, but I had a tough time finishing the 5 oz taster size. Mouthfeel was smooth, with crisp carbonation. Refreshing (until the habanero kicks in). Drinkability is obviously quite low.
It's interesting. Not sure what else to say. Except that if you get this, don't get a full pint!
