Look: Dark brown with reddish hues that makes it look like a root beer. 1/4 inch tan head and just ok retention
Smell: Subtle chocolate and coffee notes with a good malty backbone
Taste: Very sweet and malty upfront with a chocolate undertone. A touch on the boring side actually
Mouthfeel: Thin body and mild carbonation
Overall: This beer is very drinkable and is a solid beer. But for something called "Bock of Chocolates" I was really missing the chocolate.
