Pours a light brown color with an off-white head. The nose is somewhat nutty with a nice toffee sweetness. Some sweet bread, a slight fruit note, perhaps cherry, and a hint of tartness. The flavor is mostly bread and toast with some toffee sweetness. A definite nut character, light cocoa, and minimal roasted malt flavors.
