A toast to the season of roast (and lots of flavor) with our roasted Hatch
Chile Pale Ale! Our zesty, gently toasted blend of Hatch Chiles, sourced by
our friends at Zupan’s Markets, is brewed and blended with El Dorado
hops for tropical hoppy goodness. This brew’s got the right amount of
‘kick’ to keep the harvest sunshine alive in every sip.

16oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'BEACHES FOREVER BEER FOR EVERYONE CANNED ON: 09/03/24', about thirteen weeks in the can.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Fizzy off white head disappears within a minute of the pour, leaving a quiet surface storm and a ring. No lacing.
Aroma has a pleasant Hatch chile note, with other sweet tropical fruit and toasted malt additions.
Taste continues to lay out the Hatch chile expression - grassy, smoky, and noticeable but not unbearable heat. Hops bring flavors of peach, apricot, and green melon. Also a fresh tropical fruit melange. Aftertaste continues it all for an extended period.
Medium mouthfeel. Brings a warmth but no burn. Okay carbonation but that's okay because of the earthy and smoky chile.
Unexpected from a Oregon beach brewery, rather something to be expected from New Mexico. Balanced, flavorful, and clean. Rather dry at the end. One per session may be enough.
