Super setup, very modern look, somewhat industrial. BIG tasting room with many big screen tvs. Even has games for kids for those families who come. Cool location near UVA campus.

 

 

Solid effort out of the gate for this new brewery. Their traditional opening lineup seems to be a little something for everybody as they have IPA, stout, pale, brown, amber ales all represented. It will be interesting to see how they evolve but all of the beers seem well made if not truly exceptional at this very early point. The taproom was a pleasant surprise as It's a lot nicer (and bigger) than I thought it would be with a woody motif going on.

A very good addition to the Cville beer scene and making possible the Preston Ave beer crawl with Three Notch'd (brewery/taproom), Kardinal Hall (beer hall), 5th Season (homebrew supplies) and Random Row all within a half mile of each other.
