Dark brown color with a thin head.
Aroma with notes of dark chocolate.
Flavor with notes chocolate, some port wine, raisins, molasses and Lager yeast. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Congratulations. This was a perfectly executed Baltic Porter. Port Wine could be enhanced, but matched perfectly with the style.
