A milkshake IPA brewed with lactose, guava and tart cherries. On draught, cloudy deep amber with a coppery hue; thin tight white head; ok cap retention, solid ring; yet heavy lacing sheets the glass. Strong lactose nose; cherry milk. Bitter entry; tropical fruit and loads of lactose; tart cherry as beer warmed. Creamy feel; medium body; light carbonation. Weird bitter (hops?) linger; sweet milk (lactose) sugar in background clashes with tart cherries; not for me; I can’t finish the pint.
