A chocolatey and creamy full-bodied milk stout brewed with lactose. Soft roasted notes and balanced sweetness.

A nitro pour at the source appears black in color with a rich brown finger head that persists throughout the entire duration like nitro should.
Nose is chocolate roasty earthen character that is very enjoyable yet simple. I am impressed to see no carbonic/mineral footprint left in the nose like many milk stouts and nitro brews have.
The taste is roasty and earthen with a nutty grain aftertaste. Whereas the nose is a little more enticing with the chocolate sweetness appeal, the taste is clean roasty and enjoyable.
This is a light bodied brew with light carbonation. It hits me in all the right spots of roastiness for a milk stout. I dont like to compare but I gotta say this reminds me of a baby version of voodoo cowbell in so many ways. I will drink again.
