Using only Saphir hops we created a golden pale bock with lovely mellow notes of dried fruit.

Draft beer consumed at the brewery
Clear orange-brown liquid topped by a fluffy off white head
smell and taste are of doughy, slightly toasted bread and subtle fruity and floral hops with low bitterness
Feel- medium-light bodied with a somewhat sweet finish
overall- The malt flavor was spot on, but he hops were a little bit fruity compared to what I'm used to in a bock. But, it was really enjoyable nonetheless.
