Canned on: ??????
A - Opaque raspberry color with no lacing and no carbonation. Looks like stagnant fruit pectin.
S - Pulpy raspberry aroma with a slight bit of salt on the nose.
T - Tart muted raspberry and ending with sour puckering raspberry.
M - Thick and frothy leaving the palate wet and puckering.
O - Don't hate it, don't love it. Wouldn't buy it again.

Pours a murky, pink strawberry-rhubarb color with a half finger of near-white head that has its own pinkish hue. It settles quickly into a wisp and thick crown. Modest lacing.
Sour, fruity aroma with strong raspberry.
Strong raspberry taste as well with a good balance of tart, sour and fruit that makes it highly drinkable. Some hints of toast and salt behind.
Medium bodied with tight carbonation.
I find raspberry a deceptively hard fruit to get right in beers. They use it very well here. Delicious beverage.

I CAN really only get one (1) beer in per day what with working 10.5 hours/day x 6 days/week so it needs to be well-chosen. Today's is a CANtinuation of the brewery horizontal of these guys that I CANpleted recently. I just scored this (& a couple of others) at Rieker Bottle Works & it is perfect for today's entry.
From the CAN: "Ripple Gose Ale w/Raspberries"; "Proudly brewed in Camp Hill Central Pennsylvania"; "Estd MMXVI"; "Our Gose Ale is brewed with Pink Sea Salt & infused with Raspberries giving it a refreshing, tart finish."
I have a really strong feeling that this one will eventually need to be amended as they release versions with other, different fruits, but I'm letting it ride ... for now.
I did some in-CAN agitation before Crack!ing open the vent for an aggro C-Line Glug since cloudiness is a hallmark of the style. It foamed beautifully, forming two-plus fingers of fizzy, foamy, rocky, deep-pink head with lousy retention, quickly becoming wisps. 8=( Color was a turbid, cloudy Barbie Pink/Fandango Pink (SRM = N/A)! 8=O Nose was utterly redolent with raspberries, causing me to once again reminisce of my late paternal grandmother's backyard raspberry bush which was absolutely fecund during the Summer months. Mmm. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium, about on par for the style. The taste was definitely raspberry, with its attendant tartness, as well as a light saltiness. Mmm. I love this style as a retired US Navy sailor since I truly miss being underway. The salty taste reminds me of being out on the fantail, usually with a cigar & a cuppa joe, generally right after a watch, taking in the salt air. Mmm. This beer had me licking & smacking my lips following every tart sip. It was actually quite refreshing on a hot, humid Summer day. Finish was tart, fruity, salty & quite dry. Mmm. YMMV.

I got the version with raspberries.
Strong dark pink color that is opaque with slight head.
Strong bitter gose that really matches that style well. Raspberries add some flavor but don't overwhelm the gose.
