A - Pours a slightly hazy light gold color with a rocky white head and lots of sprightly carbonation.
S - Overall aroma is very dry with straw, crackery malt, and a subdued citrus nose.
T - Light honey cracker malt base with grassy hops, some earthiness, citrus, and a nice crisp lingering grassy citrus bitterness that scrubs away any sweet malt leftover on the tongue.
M - Big medium body sprightly carbonation on the tongue that subsides for a soft finish.
O - This is a crisp, refreshing Pilsner that's nicely done. I'd gladly buy more of this beer and kudos to Ever Grain for brewing a solid Pils.

This beer comes courtesy of the man who added this beer, woodychandler. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some malts. Taste is malts, grassy hops, crisp and highly refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.
