This was given to me by a family member last Easter and I finally got around to it today. Haven't had anything from Ever Grain in a while and although this wasn't a particularly memorable beer, there wasn't anything to dislike about this as it was a decent take on the style that was relatively easy to enjoy from start to finish!
Like any New England IPA, this poured quite murky as it had a deep, golden hue to it. Enough head topped it off and there was more than enough lacing left behind once I took the first few sips. Peach, lychee, exotic fruit, and dank hops filled the hose as the taste was quite stone fruit-forward, sticky, and heavy-handed. Lots of syrup to be had here as the juice was more like dank nectar than anything else. Hard to pick out any particular hops here, given how light the carbonation was as this felt like it had enough barley and wheat in it to round the mouthfeel out.
This was over a year old when I had it, although there wasn't a date on the can nor much of any sediment to be seen once I poured it out. There was enough to enjoy here although it could have stood out a bit more, with the end result being a sufficient beer that was nearly interchangable with similar offerings. Have it once to cross it off, if for no other reason...

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a murky deep gold with a persistent off-white head. Good alacing. Initial impression is pineapple, orange, pink grapefruit, mango, and a hint of peach. Mouthfeel is soft and pillow-y. Finish is smooth and slightly sweet. Overall, a very enjoyable NEIPA.
