The pint can was emptied into a clear Imperial pint glass. As there was virtually no head, it fit nicely. The color is a cloudy dark violet, quite interesting for a beer. There are obviously small bits of the berries suspended within the brew. The aroma is unmistakably berry and sour, with the raspberry winning out. The texture is great. It's nicely viscose and very smooth. There can't be many Berliner Weisses that drink this richly. Probably the additional vegan ice cream, whatever that is, adds much to that quality. At most, this is mildly tart and not at all sour. It is a luxurious way to get a taste of blackberry and raspberry flavors in a beer. This could probably stand up to being poured over ice cream or pancakes. There's some sticky glass lacing and sediment at the finish. The 7% ABV is barely noticed, if at all. This is a unique beer drinking experience.
