Japanese-style Rice Lager brewed with 20% rice for a dry finish. Hopped with Barbe Rouge for a slight ripe red berry aroma and flavor.

On tap at the brewery late this afternoon.
Pale watery yellow body with a short lasting head, specks of lacing. Aroma is pleasantly malty. On tasting, quite smooth, light bodied, somewhat sweet. There is a light bitterness in the finish.
Overall, hard to find style, so appreciate EG putting one out. Good starter refresher on another baking hot afternoon.

2/9/24 On tap at the brewery.
Beautiful, clear yellow. Nice lacing!
Slight citrus, bright aroma.
Yum flavor. Bright, malty flavor. Notes mention a slight red berry aroma and flavor..... Maybe?
I'm not a lager fan, but this rice lager is very, very drinkable! First beer of the day is always best, but this is possibly the best lager I've encountered!
