A true international mystery, we can neither confirm nor deny this IPA is brewed with hops sourced from South Africa, New Zealand, and the US. Notes of white peach, zebra stripe gum, and highly classified tropical fruit.

DATE: May 27, 2024... OCCASION: celebrating Memorial Day with Oppenheimer and a beer I picked up in PA a few weeks ago... GLASSWARE: Duvel snifter... a thick, hazy cloud of solemn yellow grapefruit body that hoists a snow-white pile of clumpy, craggy head--a great-looking start... robust grapefruit and juicy resin make the mouth water, while lemon, papaya and mango evoke a tropical island... fragrant, vibrant, and fresh... medium-bodied, buzzing at the teeth and coating the throat with a lingering acidity...drinkable at a sippable pace--not a hop bomb or a balanced beer, this is juicy and drippy with the grapefruit, lemon, and mango... a citrusy tartness is delivered with an ABV that is soft and pillowing... I will seek out more Ever Grain the next time I journey west through PA...

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a murky deep gold with a fluffy, persistent off-white head. Great lacing! Initial impression is peach, sweet grapefruit, mango, and tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is soft and smooth. Finish is a nice balance between sweet and bitter, ending up being neither. Overall, another impressive effort from Ever Grain.
