We fashioned this brand new Cold IPA with an east coast malt bill and west coast hop bill. Brewed cold with a thiol producing yeast, and then dry hopped with the holy trinity of American hops, this one has intense aromas of guava, passion fruit, pine, citrus and is intensely crisp and refreshing.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a clear pale gold with a thin white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is a fairly hoppy blend of citrus and pine. Mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. Finish fades to a slightly piney bitterness. Overall, a decent take on the West Coast/NEIPA hybrid field.
