Pours a nice dark mahogany with amber highlights and a light brown head.
Fruited grain, English hops, bitter herb, and fermented bread in the nose.
Subtle yet complex, clean and light yet robust at the same time. A delicious offering.

Pretty damn solid example of the style.
A nice all day drinker, each sip leaves you wanting more.
I have no complaints.

Very drinkable beer. Smooth taste, with the malt and hops perfectly balanced. I had it from tap in a glass, and it was excellent with my meal.

16oz can into a tall glass. No freshness dating.
Dark brown body. Small off white head shrinks to a fat collar. Specks of lacing. Strong malty aroma with hints of smoke and dark fruit. Taste is all malt, roast is very light, as it should be with this style. Very faint smoke. Finish is on the thin side, light roast hangs on the back of the throat. Very well done dark mild, avoids the pitfalls other brewers fall into who think some element has to be elevated for "taste".
