A quenching take on an Old World Lager or Landbier. Brewed with choice malts and a revived German Lager strain we hopped this one ever so gently.

Poured into an imperial pint glass: color is straw, chill haze, head is bright white with frothy mixed bubbles, some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is neutral malt, light biscuit, subtle acidic malt character, light grass.
Taste is more neutral malt, lighter bread and biscuit, slightly sour/acidic quality, light grass like hopping.
Mouthfeel is crisp carbonation, moderate sweetness with an acidic quality (not quite sour), light bitterness.
Overall a very unique brew - slight breadiness, slightly acidic, very drinkable.
