A new model Pilsner ready to walk our runway. We added at least three times as big of an early kettle addition with only Noble Aroma Hops. This provides a pleasant and fresh bitterness and makes it really ridiculously, ridiculously good tasting. Derelïcte is the essence of Pilsner, and Pilsner is the essence of beer.

Clear light amber appearance
Medium bodied with Medium carbonation
Aroma is a nice mix of yeast grainy bread,cereal, earthy buckwheat honey
Taste is very similar to aroma, very mild sweetness that is accented well with the earthy grain and cereal.
