New England style IPA with a soft Pilsner and Wheat base allow a cast of fruity and juice forward hops to shine. Notes of apricot preserves, pineapple sorbet, lychee martinis, and candied orange rind.

A - Opaque medium golden tan with thick, bubbly soapy layer of foam floating on top.
S - Apricot, pineapple, and citrus fruitiness dominate the nose.
T - Overall profile is fruity that starts sweet and ends sweet with minimal bitterness. Apricot, pineapple, some spicy fruit rind. There's a bit of an odd flavor that I cannot pinpoint - perhaps lychee fruit?
M - Big chewy body that's pillowy soft, your typical New England Style IPA.
O - Solid middle of the road.
