I am sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can. With current temps it is actually pretty cold!! No date stamp on the can or label.
The beer pours a very clear gold champagne color with a frothy bleached white head of 3 cm. This foam fades to a sturdy surface covering and leaves some windowpane lattice on the glass. Several active streams of carbonation rise to the surface.
The aroma on this beer is some biscuity malt and hints of white grape and some floral hops. Smell is appealing and suitable for the style.
First sip reveals a light body with smooth texture and fine gentle carbonation. The beer drinks very easy.
Flavor is similar to the nose with some light grainy malts and a bit of light fruity note and dry slightly bitey hops. Never any hint of abv and this beer is very easy to drink.
I really enjoy this drinkable beer and would gladly have another can , or draft.
