With six different chilis, copious amounts of chocolate, cinnamon, peanut, star anise, raisins, allspice, cardamom and clove, Holy Mole was inspired by the classic flavors of the traditional Mexican mole Sauce. Even with over 25 pounds of chilis, this mole infusion is present, yet not overpowering. ON sip and you’ll be exclaiming, “Holy Mole, that was good!”

Great flavor and balance with the perfect amount of heat that finishes things off. This is a great beer

Not sure how this is listed as a milk stout. Some roasted notes light sweetness but spicy. Light peppery notes medium hot from my opinion with lingering cinnamon notes. Did a full review at the bar but some reason it did not get up loaded. I like this beer kind of a light Prairie Bomb more or less.
