Poured from a can into a goblet.
Great looking beer. A clear bright golden color with a frothy white head that lingered. Champagne-like bubbles ascended from the bottom throughout the drink.
The aroma was as billed with cloves, ripe bananas, bread, and faint citrus.
The clove was up front on the taste, followed by a nice mix of banana, white bread, honey, and floral notes.
Awesome feel to this beer. A touch more than medium up front, and with a dry finish. Fine carbonation appropriate for style.
Overall a winner. The yeast did a great job creating an interesting mix of flavors. Well-made and highly recommended.
