16 oz. can at Chicago's Symphony Center. The only way I could bring this to my seat is if I purchased a sippy cup with a lid. The bartender in the lobby was able to pour only about half of it in the largest cup she sold, because of the huge off-white head. I saw it pour a hazy light golden color before I enjoyed half a 16 oz can in the lobby. The aroma was hoppier than I expected, with notable pineapple, graprefruit, and honey flavors. Taste was bitter despite fruity flavors. Body was medium. I had no idea it was 7.7% since it was so easy to finish before the concert began.

16 oz can into a Becker glass.
L: SRM 6 pours 99% clear gold amber with steady carbo, a 1/4" creamy domed off-white head that goes thin, medium lacing with half back of glass full sheeting.
S: Pineapple, a light fruity mix, hard candy, a hint of cookie dough, a note of honey.
T: Lightly sweet cereal grains, grapefruit, honey, a touch of yeast, light resin, a hint of white grape, soft water, lightly sweet like sweet tea.
F: Lightly brisk then smooth medium to med-heavy-bodied feel with a glossy middle and a medium long gently drying finish. Overall the feel becomes very soft and smooth with warming.
O: A nice tasting American IPA with great feel and a smooth finish. It is remarkably soft and smooth drinking and is gently sweet with some resin at play. It is very good in its style.

Yogurty - I figured it was Simcoe but apparently I'm wrong.

I think this might be this newer brewery's flagship, as it has been on every time I have visited. A reasonably strong IPA with a solid balance between the assertive hop profile and a beefy back end. Takes a minute to get through. Mango rind comes through along with a lemon citrus reduction.
