This is the rarest of beers....one that my wife enjoys that is not a milk stout! A fruit forward, full DIPA which benefits from the peach juice cutting through the heavy back end. Almost a drinking vinegar feel to it - a fuzzy effervescence from the peach. Hops mingle nicely with the fruity addition, given the naturally tropical notes from that side.

Served in a 12 oz. tulip at the brewery, on the occasion of the inaugural bocce league meet.
Hazy saturated orange, compact layer of foam that fades to a skim, minor drippy lacing.
Intense peach aroma from the Mosaic dry hop and added peach juice. Natural and intoxicating.
Taste is moderately bitter with a solid malt base, juicy peach reigns supreme here.
Medium bodied with a resiny bitter aftertaste, vaguely sweet and fruity up front.
Overall this was really nice, well blended. I'm a sucker for Mosaic and peach juice.
April 2017: Seems to have diminished slightly since a few weeks ago. Fruit isn't as prominent.
